摘要
汽轮发电机组振动的幅值与轴承所受载荷及油膜刚度有关 ,而油膜刚度的变化又会引起轴颈与轴瓦之间的摩擦。根据转子动力学及润滑理论 ,对振幅与轴承载荷及油膜刚度之间的关系进行了分析 ,得到如下结论 :轴承载荷增加 ,油膜刚度增大 ,轴颈与轴瓦之间摩擦程度增加 ,振动幅值减小。
Amplitude of steam turbine generator has relationship between bearing load and oil film stiffness. And change of oil film stiffness will bring about fiction between shaft and bearing. This paper anlysis relationship between amplitude and bearing load and oil film stiffness. The conclusion is that when bearing load adds, oil film stiffness increases, and friction between shaft and bearing increase, and amplitude reduces.
