摘要
部分大型汽轮机组在进汽方式切换时,高压缸轴承振动与瓦温存在爬升现象。从汽轮机转子受力角度分析了其中的原因,并通过改变阀门开启顺序来改变转子受力,从而减少进汽方式切换过程中高压缸的轴承振动与温度的爬升。事后运行情况表明,这一措施是有效的,能够为今后同类型的机组提供参考。
Shaft vibration and bearing temperature increases at shifting steam turbine inlets mode in some turbine-generator sets. In this paper, the reason is analyzed in the view of force on shaft. It is found that the force is changed by changing the sequence of valves' opening. And so the increasing of vibration and temperature decreases. Some applications show that this approach is effective. The approach is applicable to other similar cases.
