摘要
贵州是一个欠发达的省份,基础教育面临着一系列的挑战。目前,在城乡基础教育均衡发展的问题上,男女教师比例失衡,教师资源配置有待进一步改善。通过调查贵州省城市与农村地区小学男教师现状,探究改善贵州省小学男女教师性别结构失衡的对策,合理构建教师性别比例,以满足学生健全人格培养的需要。
Guizhou, as a less developed province, its basic education will encounter a series of challenges. As for the issue of the balanced development of the urban and rural basic education right now, a problem, namely the imbalance of ratio of female and male teachers is obvious, and the allocation of teachers resources need to be further improved. Through an investment of the situation of some male and female teachers of some urban and rural primary schools in Guizhou, we are longing to explore strategies of improving the imbalance of the gender distribution of female and male teachers and regulate the ratio of teachers' genders nrooerlv as to meet the needs of students' cultivation of healthy personality.
