摘要
以水利水电建筑工程专业教学改革为载体,山西水利职业技术学院构建了"五对接,四平台,三层次"生产主导型人才培养模式。通过构建专业调研论证机制、制定切实可行的人才培养方案、开发基于工作过程的核心课程、建设和完善校内外实训基地、建立专兼结合教学团队等举措,为人才培养工作的顺利实施提供了有力保障。
Taking the educational reform of water conservancy and hydropower construction engineering major as the carder, Shanxi Water Conservancy Vocational Technical Institute constructs a production-leading talent training mode: " five connections, four platforms and three levels" . By forming a professional research reasoning mechanism, making feasible talent training program, developing core curriculum based on working process, constructing and improving training bases inside and outside campus and establishing a teaching team with both full-time and part-time teachers, a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of talent training program is provided.
