摘要
高校替课现象既不利于大学生自身知识和能力的培养,又严重干扰了正常的教学管理秩序。本文拟从高校教学管理的视角出发,剖析出现这种行为的原因,并寻求对策。
Some of the college students pay others for attending class, which not only does damage to the college students＇ knowl- edge and ability training, abut also affects the normal teaching order and management. Therefore, the passage will analysis the reason from the perspective of college teaching management and seeks the solution.
