摘要 意向性自我调节是在发展系统理论和积极青少年发展视角下提出的新的研究领域,是青少年积极发展的个体水平的特征,同时也被看作是青少年塑造自身发展所采取的手段。意向性自我调节是青少年协调个人目标与环境资源的匹配关系以促进自我发展的一系列情境化行动过程,对青少年及其以后的积极发展起着至关重要的作用。从意向性自我调节的理论基础如积极青少年发展理论、发展的行动理论、毕生发展的SOC理论、同化与顺应双过程模型等理论视角阐述了意向性自我调节在青少年积极发展中的作用。同时,在介绍当前有关意向性自我调节与青少年积极发展的实证研究基础上,从研究方法、测量工具、研究内容和干预训练等方面对本领域的未来研究提出了几点展望。 Intentional self-regulation is emerged from the perspective of developmental systems theories and the positive youth development (PYD). The positive youth development perspective emphasizes that thriving occurs when individual context relations involve the alignment of adolescent strengths with the resources in their contexts. A key component of this relational process is the strength that youth possess in the form of intentional self-regulation. Intentional self-regulation is the individual characteristic of positive youth devel- opment and the way to produce their development as well. Intentional self-regulations are contextualized actions that are actively aimed towards harmonizing demands and resources in the context with personal goals in order to attain better functioning and to enhance self-development. It is crucial to healthy development of adolescents and through the life long. This paper uses the theory foundation of intentional selfregulation such as the positive youth development perspective,action theories, the selection, optimization, and compensation (SOC) model and two process framework of assimilative and accommodative to explain the role of intentional self-regulation in the PYD. It also reviews the empirical works about intentional selfregulation and PYD. Based on that, it suggests some directions for future study in this area, such as method, measurement, process paradigm and intervention
