学校氛围与初中生学校适应:意向性自我调节的中介作用 被引量:19

摘要 目的:考察学校氛围与初中生学业成绩、内外化问题行为的关系,以及意向性自我调节在其中的中介作用。方法:采用感知学校氛围问卷、意向性自我调节问卷、学业成绩问卷、青少年自评量表的焦虑抑郁分量表和外化问题行为问卷,对811名初中生进行调查。结果:(1)师生支持既直接影响学业成绩、内外化问题行为,也通过促进意向性自我调节对其产生间接影响;(2)生生支持对学业成绩、内外化问题行为具有显著的直接效应,但通过意向性自我调节的中介效应不显著;(3)自主性机会可通过促进意向性自我调节间接影响学业成绩和内外化问题行为,同时对学业成绩也有独特的直接效应。
