摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定白芷维生素E乳膏中维生素E的含量。方法 Waters e2695 HPLC色谱系统;EmpowerWaters工作站;Waters 2489 UV检测器;Platisil ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;流动相:甲醇;检测波长284 nm,进样量为20μL。结果维生素E在82.76~1 655.2 mg.L-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。维生素E的平均加样回收率为100.5%(n=9),RSD=0.87%。结论该方法操作简便、准确、稳定、灵敏度高,适用于白芷维生素E乳膏中维生素E的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of vitamin E in compound angelicae dahuricae radix cream.Methods Waters e2695 HPLC included empower waters software,waters 2489 UV detector.And platisil ODS column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used.Mobile phase was methanol,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 284 nm.The column temperature was set at room temperature.Injection volume was 20 μL.Results The linear range of vitamin E was 82.76~1 655.2 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.5%(n=9),and RSD was 0.87%.Conclusion This method was simple,sensitive,and accurate for the quality control of compound angelicae dahuricae radix cream.
