摘要
目的 采用HPLC测定复方维胺酯维E乳膏中维生素E的含量。方法 以SymmetryC18为分析柱 ,甲醇为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 85nm。结果 平均回收率分别为 99.8%。结论 方法简便 ,结果准确 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of vitamin E in compound viaminate and vitamin E cream by HPLC. METHOD The Symmetry C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol.The detection wavelength was set at 285nm. RESULTS The average recovery was 99.82%.CONCLUSION Results obtained showed that it's a reliable and accurate method for the quality control of compound viaminate and vitamin E cream .
