摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC测定钙佳锌口服液中维生素D2含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵溶液(95:5);检测波长:265nm;流速:1.0ml/min,柱温:30℃。结果:维生素D2在0.0101~0.4040μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.70%,RSD=3.11%(n=9)。结论:本方法具有快速、简便、准确、检验成本低的优点,可用于钙佳锌口服液中维生素D2的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of vitamin D2 in Gaijiaxin Oral Liquid by RPHPLC. Methods: The Agilent-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and 0.02 mol/L-ammonium acetate (95:5), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 265 nm, the column temperature at 30℃. Results: The linear ranges of vitamin D2 was at 0.010 1-0.404 0 μg (r=1000 0), the average recovery was 99.70% with a RSD of 3.11% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, low-cost and can be for determination of the contents of vitamin D2 in Gaijiaxin Oral Liquid.
