摘要
建立了食品中VD含量测定的方法,样品经皂化、石油醚萃取后,正相半制备HPLC净化,反相HPLC定量分析,内标法定量。方法的平均回收率为94.4%,RSD为4.58%;精密度RSD为0.56%;两个样品重现性RSD为1.95%和2.52%。采用该方法分析了奶粉、AD钙奶、豆奶粉、蛋白粉、强化饼干等5种食品中VD含量,该法可用于食品中VD含量的测定。
A semi-preparation HPLC method for determination of vitamine D in food has been developed.The sample was purified by semi-preparation NP-HPLC and analysed by RP-HPLC after saponafication and extraction.The internal standard method was applied.The average recovery was 94.4% and RSD was 4.58%.RSD of the precision was 0.56%.The repeatability of milk powder and AD calcium milk was 1.95% and 2.52%.The content of VD in five foods were determied.The mothod may be used for food.
