摘要
本文建立了HPLC-ELSD法测定蛋白粉中三氯蔗糖含量的方法。样品经70%乙腈水萃取和沉淀蛋白,反相色谱净化,采用C_(18)柱分离,流动相进行梯度洗脱,运用HPLC-ELSD进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:本方法的三氯蔗糖检出限为2.5 mg/kg,线性范围为5~100μg/mL,相关系数R2为0.999 91,回收率为92.4%~103%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.95%。
An analytical method for sucralose in protein powder by HPLC-ELSD was developed. Water sample by 70% acetonitrile extraction and protein deposition, reverse phase chromatography purification, separation by using C_(18) column, mobile phase in gradient elution, the use of HPLC-ELSD for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results show that the method of sucralose detection limit of 2.5 mg/kg, the linear range of 5 ~ 100 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient R^2 of 0.999 91, recovery is 92.4% ~ 103%, relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.95%.
