摘要
本实验采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)同时测定了食品中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、乳糖的含量。采用Inertsil NH2柱(4.6×250mm,5μm)分离,以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,分离效果良好,结果准确。采用外标法定量,果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、乳糖浓度对数与其峰面积的对数在一定范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.999以上;加标回收率为90.62%~106.89%;相对标准偏差为0.76%~3.56%;最低检出限分别为0.009~0.016mg/ml。
A method for the simUltaneous determination of fructose, glucrose, sucrose, maltose and lactose in foods was developed with HPLC-ELSD. Analytes were Separated by using a Inertsil NH2 column (4.6 × 250 mm, i.d 5μm) with acetonitrilewater as mobile phase for gradient elution, and external standard calibration curves were used for quantitation. Results showed that there are good linear correlations between the concentration logarithm and peak area logarithm of the five kinds of sugar with the correlation coefficients above 0.999. The average recoveries are 90.62% to 106.89% with the relative standard deviations of 0.76% to 3.56%. The detection limits are 0.009 to 0.016 mg/ml.
