摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德和氯霉素的含量。方法:用Hypersil CN(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以水-甲醇-四氢呋喃(60:28:12)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为240 nm。结果:醋酸曲安奈德和氯霉素浓度分别在5.02~100.40μg·ml^(-1)(r=1.000 0,n=5)及99.73~1 994.52μg·ml^(-1)(r=0.999 9,n=5)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100.0%(RSD为0.66%)和100.0%(RSD为0.94%)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德和氯霉素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and chloramphenicol in compound triamcinolone acetonide creams. Method: Hypersil CN Column (200 mm x 4.6 mm,5 trm) was used with water-methanoltetrahydrofuran (60: 28: 12) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 ml. min^-1 and 240nm as detection wavelength. Result: The linear relationship was promising when the concentration of triamcinolone acetonide acetate was within the range of 5.02-100. 40 μg·ml^-1 ( r = 1. 000 0, n = 5 ) and that of chloramphenicol was within the range of 99. 73-1 994. 52 μg·ml^-1 ( r = 0.9999, n = 5 ). The average recovery of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and chloramphenicol was 100. 0% (RSD 0. 66% ) and 100. 0% (RSD O. 94% ), respectively. Conclusion : The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of compound triamcinolone acetonide creams.
