足浴联合硝酸咪康唑乳膏治疗角化过度型足癣疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的将足浴和硝酸咪康唑乳膏联合应用的治疗手段应用于角化过度型足癣的临床治疗中,研究此种治疗方法的临床应用效果.方法随机选取该院于2017年12—2018年12月收治的90例典型角化过度型足癣患者作为本次研究的参与者,研究人员将其结合研究原则拆分为两个对比小组,小组内患者人数相当但是就不同的治疗手段进行应用.外涂硝酸咪康唑乳膏的治疗方法给予本次研究中对照组的所有病患,观察组患者则就足浴联合药物外涂的方法进行应用.两组患者接受相同时间治疗后将其实际治疗效果与真菌清除率的具体状况作为依据对比两种治疗手段的有效性.结果结束治疗后观察组患者具有真菌清除率和治疗效果均更加理想的优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论足浴和硝酸咪康唑乳膏联合应用的方法具有治疗角化过度型足癣的绝对优势,不仅可提升患者的真菌清除率,而且其治疗有效性更为理想. Objective To study the clinical application effect of foot bath and miconazole nitrate cream in the clinical treatment of hyperkeratosis tinea pedis.Methods 90 patients from December 2017 to December 2018 with typical hyperkeratosis tinea pedis were randomly selected as participants in this study.The researchers divided the patients into two control groups based on the study principles.The patients in the two groups had a similar number of patients but different treatment methods were applied.The treatment of applying miconazole nitrate cream externally was given to all patients in the control group of this study,while patients in the observation group were applied with foot bath combined with drug externally.After receiving treatment for the same time,the actual therapeutic effect and the specific status of fungal clearance rate of the two groups were used as the basis to compare the effectiveness of the two treatment methods.Results After the end of treatment,the observation group had the advantage of better fungal clearance rate and treatment effect,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Foot bath combined with miconazole nitrate cream has an absolute advantage in the treatment of hyperkeratosis tinea pedis.
