摘要
用正交设计法优选冷浸提取法中车前草的最佳提取条件。以溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数 3个因素 ,每个因素选取 3个水平进行实验。实验结果表明最佳工艺为A1B3C3,即用 8倍量 95 %EtOH提取 3次 。
The best extracting conditions of plantogo asiatica in the cold soaked way by the method of orthogonal test. The solvent dosage, extracting time and extracting times are the three factors in the experiment. And we choose three levels of each factor to do the experiment. The result of the experiment shows that the best extracting process is A\-1B\-3C\-3, i.e extracting three by using eight times of EtOH (95%), three days once.
