摘要
目的 :研究车前草的超声提取工艺。方法 :采用正交设计法 ,并通过HPLC法测定车前草中熊果酸的含量。结果 :最佳工艺为A3 B2 C2 ,即用 10倍量 95 %EtoH超声提取 2次 ,每次 30min。结论 :采用超声法提取具有快速 ,不需加热 ,节省时间 。
Objective: To study the ultrasonic extraction process of Herba Plantaginis. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to determine the content of ursolic acid by HPLC. Result: The best cxtracting process is A 3B 2C 2, i.e, ultrasonic extracting twice by using ten times of EtoH (95%) with thirty minutes once. Conclusion: The ultrasonic extraction method has advantages speedy in extraction, needless in heating, shorter in time, and more important, more effective composition can be yielded.
