九蒸九制锁阳的炮制方法探讨与质量考察 被引量:1

摘要 目的按照九蒸九制的炮制方法得到九制锁阳,并对其质量进行考察,从而对九蒸九制锁阳的炮制方法进行探讨。方法将锁阳与黄酒按照一定的配比,通过九蒸九制的炮制方法得到九制锁阳,并通过九制锁阳粉末与原锁阳药材粉末的水分及浸出物测定的比较以及利用HPLC等技术进行九制锁阳粉末中熊果酸的含量分析。结果原锁阳药材粉末所测得的水分结果为16.3%,九蒸九制后所得锁阳切片打粉后进行水分结果为11.1%;原锁阳药材粉末浸出物结果为14.9%,九蒸九制锁阳粉末浸出物平行样测定为15.9%;利用HPLC测得每10、20、30 min的原锁阳药材粉末中熊果酸含量分别为0.18%、0.20%、0.21%;九锁阳粉末中熊果酸含量分别为0.32%、0.34%、0.34%。结论九蒸九制后的锁阳,符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2015版)规定的水分及浸出物要求,九制锁阳中熊果酸含量较原药材粉末中熊果酸的含量高,因此得出九蒸九制锁阳炮制方法的可行性结论。 Objective According to the method of nine-steamed and nine-prepared,we get nine-steamed and nine-prepared Suoyang,and investigate its quality,so as to discuss the method of nine-steamed and nine-prepared Suoyang.Methods The content of ursolic acid in Suoyang powder was analyzed by comparing the moisture and extracts of Suoyang powder with that of the original suoyang medicinal powder.Results The water content measured by the powder of the original cypress was 16.3%,and the water content measured by the powder was 11.1%.The results of the powder extract of the original Suoyang medicinal material were 14.9%and 15.9%respectively.HPLC was used to measure the ursolic acid content in the powder of the original Suoyang medicine for 10 min,20 min and 30 min,respectively,0.18%,0.20%and 0.21%.The content of ursolic acid in wine stir fried Suoyang powder was 0.32%,0.34%and 0.34%,respectively.Conclusion The content of ursolic acid in Suoyang is higher than that of ursolic acid in the original medicinal powder.Therefore,the feasibility conclusion of the processing method of Suoyang is drawn.
