摘要
在多元化的全球教育治理格局中,世界银行凭借其比较优势发挥着独特而重要的作用,这种作用来自于世行全球教育战略的变革。世行全球教育治理拥有一定的组织基础,在战略目标的转变、战略重点的整体化以及战略实施工具的拓展与整合中,世行完成了从金融银行到知识银行的转型。于此同时,世行在进行全球教育治理的过程中也存在着一些问题与局限。了解世行的这些变革与问题对我国参与世行的全球教育治理,以及加强与世行的合作都具有重要的意义。
In a wide range of educational governance, the World Bank is playing a unique role based on its comparative advantages, stemming from its transformation of global educational governance. This global educa- tional governance has a certain organization basis, leading to professionalization through the transfer of education outlook, a holistic approach of strategic priorities, and the expansion and integrity of strategic implementation levers. At the same time, it still has some limitation both in its objectives and approaches. Both the transform and limitation is meaningful to China's participation in World Bank's global governance in education and cooperation with World Bank.
