食管癌患者外周血中调节性B细胞检测的临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的:检测食管癌患者和健康对照者外周血中调节性B细胞CD5+CD19+IL-10(B10)表达量的差异,探讨B10在食管癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:收集60例食管癌患者和60例健康体检者外周血,用流式细胞仪检测调节性B细胞的表达情况。结果:食管癌患者外周血中B10的数量明显高于健康对照者(P<0.05),且Ⅲ~Ⅳ期[(3.3±0.6)%]高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期[(2.1±0.3)%],均高于健康对照者[(1.4±0.4)%]。结论:食管癌临床分期越晚B10升高越明显,提示B10细胞与食管癌的发生发展可能存在着一定的关系。
