摘要
目的考察医学生对医学人文能力的构成以及自身医学人文能力情况的认知,以对医学人文教学提供参考。方法采用自行设计的医学人文教学问卷对医学生进行调查,用SPSS18.0数据统计,进行卡方检验,P<0.05表示具有显著差异。结果大部分医学生对医学人文能力的构成总体认识较好,但是对于批判性思维能力认知不足,临床沟通能力不足。从性别差异看,男性与女性对于沟通能力、团队协作能力、批判能力、关怀能力等认知存在显著差异。结论明确医学人文教学能力的内涵,对加强医学生的沟通能力培养及医学人文实践教学、优化课程体系,整合师资队伍大有裨益。
Objective :To investigate the current situation of cognition of the composition of medical humanities ability and a bility of medical humanities in medical students, to provide the reference for medical humanities teaching. Methods:Self - designed questionnaire survey was used and all the data was processed by SPSS18. O. Results: Most medical students had a good cognition on the structure of medical humanities ability, but for the crit- ical thinking ability was deficiency, clinical communication skills were at shortage. There were significant differ- ence between gender in communication skills, team cooperation ability, critical ability and care ability. Conclu- sions: Students should clearly know the connotation of medical humanities teaching ability, strengthen communica- tion ability training, pay attention to practice teaching medical humanities, optimize the course system and integrate the teaching sources.
