摘要
应用DEA模型和Malmquist生产率指数,对安徽省2002~2010年的5个主要内河港口效率及其变化进行了深入研究。研究发现,内河港口的综合效率总体上呈现先上升后下降的趋势,这种趋势同纯技术效率和规模效率的变化趋势几乎是同步的;全要素生产率呈现减多增少的波动发展趋势,这种趋势的变化是由技术效率变动和技术进步变动共同作用的,其中生产率的下降主要是由于技术的退步。
Applying DEA model and Malmquist productivity index, this paper probes into the efficiency of 5 major inland ports of Anhui and its changes from 2002 to 2010. The research finds that the comprehensive efficiency of inland ports display initial as- cending and then descending tendency, and the change is almost simultaneously with pure technical efficiency and scale efficien- cy. The tendency of total factor productivity shows a fluctuant development that much decrease and little increase, and the change is some contribution of both technical efficiency and technical progress, and falling productivity is due mainly technical regress.
