摘要
港口经济对国民经济有着巨大的推动作用。应用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对辽宁省4个主要沿海港口城市大连、营口、丹东、锦州2000—2009年港口和城市经济发展水平进行有效性评价,分析其评价结果。结果表明,辽宁省港口城市经济发展,城市经济生产率退步,而港口经济略有进步;城市经济和港口经济均显现无效性,但城市经济效率略高于港口经济。在趋势方面,城市经济发展呈现暂时退步情况,港口经济则有上升趋势。
Port economy had a huge role in promoting the national economy. In this paper, data envelopment analysis （DEA） of Liaoning Provlnce,four major coastal port cities of the level of economic development in 2000- 2009, the effectiveness of evaluation and the evaluation results were analyzed.The results showed that the port city of Liaoning Province,the economic development of urban economic productivity regressed,while the port economy was a little progress. Urban economy and port economy showed invalidity of both, but was slightly higher than the port city of the economic efficiency of the economy. Trend in urban economic development presented a temporary deterioration of the situation,and the port economy had room for growth.
