摘要
本文构建了河南省各个地市的可持续发展度量体系，并运用改进的熵值法对各个指标赋予权重，分析了河南省各地市2006年至2011年的协调发展水平，同时利用DEA模型计算了这6年河南省18个地市的协调度综合效率。研究发现，考察期内，河南省协调水平普遍较低，各地区的变化趋势相似，但是差异性较大。
The essay establishes a system of sustainable development of the whole cities in Henan province.The author endows dif erent power by using modified entropy in order to analysis the coordinated development level in these cities changing from 2006 to 2011.Then the integrated ef iciency of coordinated development level is able to be counted by DEA model. The result of this study can be expres ed in the fol owing aspects:There is a low coordinated level in Henan province in these 6 years,cities changed in a similar way but formed a large dif erence;Jiyuan is the only city which reaches DEA ef iciency under the covering of energy input.
