组织结构特征对产品创新团队绩效的跨层次影响——基于中国制造企业的实证研究 被引量:12

The Cross-Level Effect of Organizational Structure Characteristics on Team Performance of Product Innovation: An Empirical Research on China's Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要 立足我国当前制造企业产品创新团队使用的普遍性和绩效提升困难性的管理实践,以企业层组织结构特征四维度为解释变量、团队层知识整合能力为中介变量,构建了影响产品创新团队绩效的跨层次概念模型,并运用多层线性模型对我国83家制造企业326个产品创新团队的调查数据进行了跨层次分析。研究发现:组织结构特征各维度均对产品创新团队绩效产生跨层次影响;团队层知识整合能力在组织结构集权化程度、柔性化程度与产品创新团队绩效间具有部分中介效应,在扁平化程度与产品创新团队绩效间具有完全中介效应,在规范化程度与产品创新团队绩效间的中介效应不显著。 This study makes the four dimensions of enterprise organizational structure characteristics as explanatory variables, the team level of knowledge integration capabilities as mediating variables, builds a cross-level conceptu- al model, and uses hierarchical linear model to analyze survey data on 326 product innovation team of 83 manu- facturing enterprises. We find that every dimension of organizational structure characteristics has cross-level effect on performance of the product innovation team; knowledge integration capabilities of team level have part mediat- ed effect between centralized or flexible organizational structure and performance of the product innovation team In the flat degree and product innovation team performance has full mediated effect, the mediated effect between the degree of standardization and product innovation team performance is not significant
