摘要
企业社会资本是影响创新绩效的关键因素。在知识经济环境下,企业间知识转移如何中介作用于两者关系也成为管理领域一个重要研究话题。本文通过民营企业的大量问卷调查,对三者之间相互影响的机制进行了实证研究。结果表明:企业社会资本对知识转移和创新绩效分别存在显著正向影响;同时知识转移对企业创新绩效也存在显著正向影响;最后数据显示知识转移在企业社会资本的认知维度与创新绩效之间起到了完全中介作用,而在企业社会资本的结构维度与创新绩效之间起到了部分中介作用。这对促进我国民营企业间知识转移提升企业创新绩效在理论和实践上都具有重要意义。
The social capital accumulation of corporate is a key factor to affect its innovation performance. It is an significant research topic in the context of knowledge-based economy how to transfer its knowledge- based economy by means of intermediation between enterprises in the field of management. In this paper, through a large number of questionnaire survey from private enterprises, an empirical study is made on the interaction mechanisms of these three variables. It turns out that the social capital of corporate has a significant positive impact on the knowledge transfer and innovation performance and meanwhile, the knowledge transfer also has a obvious positive impact on the innovation performance of the enterprise. Finally, the data show that the knowledge transfer plays a complete mediation role in the cognitive dimension and innovation performance of corporate social capital. However, the knowledge-based transfer plays a partial mediation role between the structural dimension of corporate social capital and the innovation performance. The result of this research is of great significance to promote the knowledge transfer between private enterprises and enhance the innovation performance of enterprises theoretically and practically.
