微小RNA-10b与胃癌转移相关性及对胃癌细胞侵袭迁移能力的影响 被引量：7

摘要 微小RNA-10b（MiR-10b）是由Twist基因诱导的微小RNA，在恶性肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥促癌转移的作用。miR-10b异常表达与胃癌相关性的研究已有报道[1-2]，但对胃癌转移过程的影响及其相关分子机制不十分清楚，甚至存在相反意见。本研究旨在明确miR-10b与胃癌转移的相关性，及其促癌转移的作用。
