数控曲轴内铣机床支架结构的动态优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 以数控曲轴内铣机床支架为研究对象,利用结构动态设计原理和有限元分析软件的变量化分析技术,对其作动态特性分析并对其结构进行优化设计。动态特性分析的结果表明,支架的低阶固有频率偏低且与铣床的激振频率相接近,易产生共振并影响机床的稳定铣削。为此根据支架的结构特点,提取支架的典型元结构进行变量分析,以元结构为依据对支架结构进行优化设计,优化结构表明,优化后的支架的动态性能显著提高,达到了设计要求的目标。 By using the theory of dynamic design and the method of finite element analysis software, the dynamic characteristic analysis of CNC crankshaft journal milling machine support is finished. Result of analysis shows that low-order natural frequencies are too low and it is on the side of machine vibration frequency that easily leads to resonance and influences machine stability cutting. In this condition, according to the structural characteristic of the machine support, typical element structural is extracted and is designed with optimized method, Result indicates that the dynamic characteristic of machine support has been improved significantly, meeting the design requirements.
