摘要
基于三菱PLC技术,分别用经验法和状态编程法来实现数控机床润滑系统的自动控制.两种方法中,经验法的工艺动作表达比较繁琐、涉及的联锁关系比较复杂,而状态编程法可以把复杂的控制过程分解成若干个工序,明确各工序的任务,直观表达各工序的转换条件,状态转移图可读性强,能清晰反映整个控制过程.因此,在本系统设计中,状态编程法比经验法更优越.
Based on Mitsubishi PLC technology,empirical approach and status programming were compared in realization of the automatic control of the lubricating system of NC machine tools.The experiment shows that the status programming is superior to the empirical approach in the design of this system because the latter involves more process actions and complicated interlocking relations,while the former can divide the complex control process into stages,define the task of each stage,express the conversion condition in a visual way,and clearly reflect the whole control process in the state transition diagram.
