摘要
数控机床在工业中占有重要地位。机床的动态特性是影响机床状态的主要因素。利用PRO/E建立了五轴数控机床的三维模型。将该模型导入ANSYS软件,对机床的动态特性进行分析;通过模态分析和谐响应分析,得到了机床的前六阶固有频率和振动模态。实验结果验证了有限元分析模型的准确性。最后提出了机床结构的优化建议。
The CNC machine tool plays an important position in the industry.The dynamic characteristic of the machine tool is the main factor affecting the machine tool state.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of a five-axis CNC machine tool is established by PRO/E.Firstly,the model is introduced into ANSYS software to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the modal analysis,the natural frequency and vibration modes are obtained.The experimental results validate the accuracy of the finite element analysis model.Finally,the optimization proposal of the machine tool structure is put forward.
