Design of water purification flocculation sedimentation tank control system based on PLC

摘要 针对高平市某净水厂絮凝沉淀池工艺流程及控制系统的要求,设计了由上位机系统、PLC系统、仪表检测系统、电气控制系统组成的自控系统。本系统利用西门子S7-300为核心控制器,以TIA博途软件STEP V14作为开发平台,完成了硬件选型、梯形图程序编程、硬件组态、数字滤波设计及人机界面设计。实际应用表明,该自控系统实现了絮凝沉淀池各工艺阶段的自动控制,保证了水处理系统运行的稳定性和可靠性,具有自动化程度高、操作简单等特点。 According to the process flow and control system requirements of flocculation sedimentation tank in a water purification plant in Gaoping City,an automatic control system composed of upper computer system,PLC system,instrument detection system and electrical control system was designed.Using Siemens S7-300 as the core controller and TIA software STEP V14 as the development platform,the system has completed hardware selection,ladder diagram programming,hardware configuration,digital filter design and human-machine interface design.Practical application shows that the automatic control system realizes the automatic control of each process stage of flocculation sedimentation tank,guarantees the stability and reliability of water treatment system operation,and has the characteristics of high automation and simple operation.
