摘要
在对某型号动力换挡试验台深入研究后,从变速箱的技术要求、功能参数、对外接口及现场实际着手,完成了测控系统方案的设计,实现了装置的测控功能。通过现场试验,证明了测控系统可以准确的测量变速箱运行过程中的各项参数,为变速箱能否正常工作提供了依据。
After a certain type of power shift test-bed has been deeply studied, from the technical requirements, functional paameters, external interface and the actual situation of the gearbox, the design of the measurement and control system has been com原pleted, and the measurement and control function of the device has been realized. Through the field test, it is proved that the measurement and control system can accurately measure the parameters in the running process of the gearbox, which provides the basisfor the gearbox to work normally.
