摘要
以江西某地石煤为试验原料进行焙烧添加剂试验研究,分别考察用NaCl、Na2CO3、CaO及DN作焙烧添加剂对钒浸出率的影响,结果表明,以DN为添加剂时焙烧效果明显优于其他3种添加剂;对加入DN后的最佳焙烧工艺参数进行了试验,在DN配比为4%,750℃下焙烧90 min时效果最佳,用体积浓度为10%硫酸在95℃浸出2 h,钒浸出率达82.17%。结合XRD和SEM检测,对DN在焙烧过程中相关作用机理进行了探讨。
Experimental study on roasting additives was conducted with stone coal from Jiangxi Province as raw materials. The effects of roasting additives NaC1, Na2C03, CaO and DN on the leaching rate of vanadium were investigated individually. Results showed that the roasting effect with DN as additive was much better than that with other three ones. Tests were carried out to find the optimum roasting process parameters with addition of DN. It is found that the best result can be obtained by adding 4% DN after being roasted at 750℃ for 90 minutes. The leaching rate of vanadium reached 82.17% after being leached for 2 h at 95℃ by using sulfuric acid with volume concentration of 10%. The mechanism of DN in roasting process was explored with XRD and SEM measurement.
