氢氧化钠碱熔焙烧对页岩提钒过程的影响 被引量:2

Effect of NaOH Molten Roasting on Vanadium Extraction from Black Shale

摘要 以湖北通山云母型含钒页岩为研究对象,采用NaOH碱熔焙烧—水浸工艺,考察了碱矿质量比、焙烧温度和时间、浸出温度和时间、液固比对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,在碱矿质量比1∶1(g/g)、500℃焙烧60min、然后按液固比4.0(mL/g)在60℃浸出60min的条件下,钒浸出率可达84.63%。焙烧过程中,氢氧化钠参与含钒云母的分解反应,降低了云母分解反应的吉布斯自由能,云母结构的破坏程度加剧,强化了钒从云母晶格的释放;同时氢氧化钠参与化学反应,促进钒的溶出。 Effects of mass ratio of alkaline to ore, roasting temperature and time, leaching temperature and time, and L/S on vanadium leaching rate from black shale were investigated by NaOH molten roasting and water leaching. The results show that vanadium leaching rate is 84.63% under the optimum conditions including mass ratio of alkaline to ore of 1 : 1 (g/g), roasting at 500 ℃ for 60 rain, leaching temperature of 60 ℃, leaching time of 60 rain, and L/S of 4.0 (mL/g). Participation of NaOH in decomposition of vanadium-bearing mica during roasting reduces Gibbs Free Energy of decomposition reaction of mica. As a result, damage of mica structure is intensified, and release of vanadium from mica lattice is strengthened. Meanwhile, participation of NaOH in chemical reaction promotes further dissolution of vanadium.
