摘要
根据粉煤灰的化学组成,通过正交试验优化粉煤灰在熔融NaOH体系中的脱硅过程,考察反应温度、反应时间和碱矿比对粉煤灰中SiO2脱硅率的影响,利用XRD和SEM分析浸出渣的物相组成和结构。结果表明:粉煤灰在熔融NaOH体系中脱硅过程优化试验条件为:反应温度为450℃,反应时间为90 min,碱矿比为5∶1。在优化试验条件下进行多次重复试验,脱硅率可达96.5%。浸出渣的XRD分析结果表明:随着反应时间的延长,SiO2与NaOH反应趋于完全。
Based on the composition of fly ash,the desilication process of fly ash in molten NaOH system was opti- mized by orthogonal experiment. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and alkali to ore ratio on desihca- tion rate of SiO2 in fly ash were investigated. The composition and structure of leaching residue were detected by XRD and SEM. The results showed that the optimal desilication experimental conditions of fly ash in molten NaOH were obtained with the reaction temperature of 450℃, reaction time of 90min and alkali to ore ratio of 5 : 1. The results of plentiful repeated experiments showed that the desilication rate of SiO2 achieves 96.50% under the optimum conditions. The results of XRD analysis showed that the reaction of SiO2 with NaOH was gradually complete with the extended of reaction time.
