摘要
目的探讨Survivin、Kai1、Cx43的表达对皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)和基底细胞癌(BCC)转移潜能的影响。方法选用临床上转移潜能完全不同的两种皮肤恶性肿瘤SCC和BCC,采用免疫组织化学S-P法,分别检测两组Survivin、Cx43、Kai1蛋白的表达;采用原位杂交法检测两组Cx43 mRNA的表达。各项检测指标运用SPSS 13.0软件包进行统计学处理。结果①Survivin蛋白在SCC中呈强阳性表达,在BCC中呈弱阳性或阴性,表达差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②Kai1蛋白在SCC中呈阴性表达,在BCC中呈阳性表达,表达差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);③Cx43蛋白、Cx43 mRNA在SCC中呈阴性或弱阳性表达,在BCC中呈阳性表达,表达差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凋亡抑制的作用、转移抑制功能和细胞间隙通讯功能的发挥,在两种恶性肿瘤的转移潜能方面发挥的作用不尽相同。
Objective Investingate Survivin Kail and Cx43 expression and metastatic potential of cuta- neous squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) and basal cell carcinoma( BCC ). Methods The choice of skin on two clinical metastatic potential of a completely different malignant SCC and BCC. The immunohisto- chemical SP method were applied to detect the expressions of Survivin, Kail and Cx43 proteins in SCC and BCC. And the expression of Cx43 mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization. All data was input into the computer and statistically analyzed. Results ①Survivin protein showed strong positive expression in SCC, and negative or weak positive in BCC. The expressive differences of Survivin protein between SCC and BCC had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ). ②Kail protein showed negative in SCC, and positive expression in BCC. The expressive differences of Kail, PTEN protein between SCC and BCC had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ) ;③Cx43 protein,Cx43 mRNA showed negative or weak positive expression in SCC and positive expression in BCC, The expressive differences between SCC and BCC had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ) . Conclusion The role of inhibitor of apoptosis ,metastasis suppressor function and Gap junction communication, in two malignant tumors and metastatic potential of the role played by the same.
