摘要
目的研究中药玄参(Scrophularia ninpoensis Hemsl.)的化学成分。方法利用乙酸乙酯萃取、硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱,制备薄层色谱等方法对化合物进行分离和纯化,并通过波谱手段对分离得到的化合物进行鉴定。结果从玄参的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到6个化合物:eucalyptolic acid(Ⅰ),buergerisides A1(Ⅱ),原儿茶酸(Ⅲ),五-羟甲基糠醛(Ⅳ),肉桂酸(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extracts of Scrophularia nin- poensis Hemsl.METHODS Compounds were isolated by ethyl acetate extract, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 chro- matographic and preparation TLC methods, and then identified by spectrum. RESUTLS Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of S. ninpoensis Hemsl. they were: euealyptolic acid ( I ), buergerisides A1 ( II ), protocatechuic acid ( III ), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde ( IV ), cinnamic acid ( V ), β-sitosterol ( Vi ) . CONCLUSION compounds I , II, III are first found in S. ninpoensis Hemsl.
