摘要
目的:对中药玄参的化学成分及药理活性的相关研究进行综述,为有效、合理地开发玄参提供参考。方法:回顾性查阅国内外相关文献。结果:玄参是临床上用于清热解毒的传统中药,主要含有环烯醚萜类、苯丙素苷、黄酮、脂肪酸、挥发油等化学成分,均是玄参发挥药理作用的物质基础,具有抗菌消炎、抗肿瘤、增强免疫功能、抗疲劳、降血糖、保肝、抗氧化的作用;另外,对心脑血管疾病也有一定的疗效,如降血压、扩张冠状动脉、抗血小板聚集、影响心室重构和心肌肥厚等作用。结论:近年来玄参的临床应用研究较为广泛,具有较广阔的应用前景。
Objective：Offering overview about related research of the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of Xuanshen （Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl）, providing reference for exploiting Xuanshen more effective and reasonable. Method ：According to domestic and foreign literature. Results： Xuanshen contains a variety of chemical composition, such as Iridoids,Phenylpropanoid Glycoside.Flavonoids,Fatty aeid,Aetherolea etc, which is the material basic of pharmacological effectiveness. It is Chinese traditional medicine being applied for clearing away heat and toxic materials in body. There are many pharmacological effectiveness, such as anti- infection,antineoplastic, enhance body immunity,anti-fatigue,Hypoglycemic,Protecting the Liver,Anti-oxidative Effect ; it also have effectiveness in disease of blood ,heart and brain, e.g.; Hypertension,coronary artery extension ,Antiplateletget,an influence for cardiac ventricle reconstitution and myocardial hypertrophy, etc. Conclusion： In recent years, the research on clinical application of Xuanshen became wider .It has a broad prospect of making further research and develop on Xuanshen.
