摘要
基于启动频率和动作延时的低频减载方案应用广泛,但传统整定方法的模型高度简化,整定方案较为粗糙,难以适应运行方式变化。以满足系统最大功率缺额为目标,将基本轮启动判据视为暂态频率安全二元表,定量分析暂态、稳态频率约束,提出基于暂态频率偏移安全性的低频减载方案优化整定方法,并考虑电压波动对低频减载方案的影响,将电压波动折算为频率偏移以提高低频减载方案适应性。仿真表明,该方法能准确整定低频减载方案,有效控制系统频率,并给出系统频率稳定信息。
Under-frequency load shedding (UFLS) scheme with starting frequency and time delay is widely used in China. UFLS scheme designed with traditional method is rough and difficult to adjust because of model simplifications. To satisfy the requirement of maximum system power deficit, a new method is proposed to optimize UFLS schemes based on transient frequency deviation security (TFDS). Criteria of basic levels are treated as two-element tables of transient frequency security. Transient and steady frequency constraints are quantitatively considered with TFDS. Considering the effect of voltage dynamics on UFLS, voltage variation is converted to frequency deviation to improve adaptability of the UFLS scheme. Simulations show that the proposed UFLS scheme can be properly designed to effectively control frequency deviation. Frequency stability information can also be obtained with this method.
