摘要
通过改进WSSVPCR模板制备方法、引物的筛选、PCR反应的优化,建立稳定的WSSVPCR检测体系。结果表明,该体系具有稳定、快速、灵敏等特点,可用于生产中对WSSV的检测。
White spot syndrome virus (WSSV) is one of the main sources of shrimp diseases. An effective method to prevent the virus is to examine the virus in time by using modern biotechnology. For this purpose, improvements were made in PCR system for detecting WSSV in penaeid shrimp, including template preparation, the selection of primers and the improved parameters in PCR reaction. The improved system proved to be stable, rapid and sensitive, therefore it can be used easily in the diagnosis of WSSV.
