摘要
通过比较简单系统和复杂系统的动态频率特性,指出传统低频减载方法中使用单机带集中负荷模型存在的缺陷。基于频率安全定量分析对南方电网联合低频减载方案进行研究,应用基于数值仿真轨迹的定量分析理论,按照母线频率偏移可接受裕度来优化整定低频减载参数。将该方法得到的新方案与原方案进行比较表明,新方案对保证频率安全性具有良好效果,与现有安全稳定控制措施能够很好地协调,较好地适应已有发电机组的高、低周保护方案。
Based on comparison between the dynamic frequency characteristics of simple and complex power system, the disadvantage of traditional under-frequency load shedding (UFLS) method by using the model of single was pointed out. Based on analysis of the quantitative analysis of frequency security, the united UFLS scheme of China Southern Power Grid was studied. Applying quantitative analysis theory based on numerical value emulation track, the parameters of UFLS were optimized according to the transient frequency deviation acceptability margin. Compared the new scheme applying the method with old scheme, it indicates that new scheme has well effect on keeping frequency security, new scheme assorts with existed security and stability control measure commendably, adapts generator high frequency and low frequency protect scheme, and is well adaptable.
