摘要
提出了一种基于修正采样序列的电力系统频率测量方法 ,明显减少了当采样频率与系统频率不同步时频谱泄漏 ,较为精确地提取基波及各次谐波的幅值和相角 ,因而使基于相角变化的频率测量计算精度高 ,具有较高的实用价值。
An algorithm is proposed for measuring frequency of power system based on modifi ed sampled sequence. The spectrum leakage is reduced evidently when the sampling frequency is asynchronous with the frequency of power system. The amplitude and the phase of fundamental wave or harmonics can be accurately obtained. Therefor e, the accuracy of frequency measurement which is based on the phase difference is improved, and the algorithm is of practical value.
