摘要
高校图书馆是为高校教学和科学研究服务的学术性机构和文献信息中心,是学校信息化和社会信息化的重要基地。高校图书管理工作人员是这一基地实施"读者第一,服务至上"的灵魂要素。因此,建立一套科学有效的绩效评价考核体系将引领高校图书管理人员提供更规范、更有深度、更专业化的服务。本文在梳理人员绩效评价理论的基础上,提出了高校图书管理人员绩效评价体系目标、原则,构建了三层次的继续评价指标体系。
As an academic organization and literature information center,university provides service for the teaching and scientific research service for higher education.It is an important battlefield of school informatization and social informatization.Librarians is the soul factor to implement the principle of "reader first,service best".Therefore,the establishment of scientific and effective performance appraisal system will guide university librarians to provide more standardized,deeper and more professional service.Based on the theory of performance appraisal,this paper puts forward the goal and principles of university librarians'performance appraisal system and constructs three-level continuing appraisal index system.
