摘要 为建立基于熵权二维云的医院风险评估体系与模型,明确医院风险脆弱点,作者采用文献统计的方法建立医院综合风险评估指标体系,基于问卷调查获取评估数据,采用熵权法计算指标权重,从概率和后果两个维度构建二维风险云评估模型,以相似度概念评估脆弱性。研究结果表明:信息系统故障、电梯故障、患者院内伤害、重大医患纠纷处于等级Ⅳ,为较高风险状态;院内火灾、电力故障、供排水故障、医用气体故障、医院感染暴发、输血不良事件处于等级Ⅲ,为中等风险状态;其余指标均处于等级Ⅱ,为较低风险状态。信息系统故障、电梯故障、患者院内伤害及重大医患纠纷事件发生概率较大,后果较为严重,为医院风险事件控制需要重点控制的4个因素,需进行针对性管控。 To establish a risk assessment system and model of hospital based on the entropy weight and twodimensional cloud model,and to identify the risk vulnerabilities of hospitals,the method of literature statistics was used to establish a comprehensive risk assessment index system for hospital.Based on the questionnaire survey,the evaluation data was obtained.The entropy weight method was used to calculate the index weights.Based on the theory of the two-dimensional cloud model,from the aspects of probability dimension and consequences dimension,the two-dimensional cloud map risk assessment model was built,and a similarity concept was used to assess vulnerability.The results show that information system failures,elevator failures,patient hospital injuries,major medical disputes are at level Ⅳ,which is at higher risk;hospital fires,power failures water supply and drainage failure,medical gas failure,hospital infection outbreak,and blood transfusion adverse events are in grade Ⅲ,which is a medium risk state;the remaining indicators are in level Ⅱ,which is a lower risk state.These four factors have a high probability of occurrence and more serious consequences need to be controlled in the control of hospital risk events.
