摘要
目前我国新建本科院校中普遍存在着行政权力泛化现象,这一现象对新建本科院校的快速发展带来了诸如定位不准、学术塌陷、行政大型化、校长困境等不利影响。本文提出了精简行政机构,柔化行政权力;行政学术合理分权;充分发挥校长作用的基本对策。
The phenomenon of generalization o{ administrative power in China^s newly-built universities causes such negative influence as inaccurate function, academic collapse, administrative generalization, principals^dilemma, etc, to the fast development of newly-built universities. Therefore, some counter- measures are given in this paper to solve the above problems, including simplifying the administrative or- gans, softening administrative power, reasonably decentralizing administration and academy, and fully making principals ＇ work.
