摘要
大学学术文化生态是在学术场域中形成的相对稳定且可阐释的文化关系,大学学术文化生态治理关注什么样的学术文化能激发学者追寻学术创新和学术求真的价值理性,其构成包含"学者""学术"和"文化环境"三个要素。学者的自由发展性、学术的自组生成性和文化环境的自主开放性是形成和谐共生学术文化生态环境的基础。然而,大学自上而下组织模式下的学术泛化、市场化逻辑下的学术取向功利化以及行政权力主导下的学术价值异化等使得学术文化生态呈现出失衡的态势。大学学术文化生态治理需要在学术主体发展中激发学术人的创造性、在大学组织生成环节促生学术评价的合理规范性、在权利耦合中凸显学术权力的自主性,以实现新时期大学学术文化生态治理的"善态"愿景。
Cultural ecology is the study of the role of culture as a dynamic component of any ecosystem of which humans are a part.From a cultural ecological perspective,academic governance in the university is to create an academic culture-mainly consists of three elements: faculty,institution and cultural environment-which is conducive to innovation and the pursuit of truth. To be more specific,building a harmonious cultural ecosystem in the university requires academic freedom,institutional autonomy as well as an open environment. However,there has appeared an imbalance in our academic cultural ecosystem,due to the increasing marketization and bureaucratization of the university. To maintain a balanced cultural ecosystem and achieve success in academic governance,we need to1) encourage creativity and innovation among faculty members,2) guarantee academic autonomy of the institution,and 3) ensure fairness and due process in academic evaluation.
