摘要
当前,一些学校文化建设中出现了"五重五轻"倾向,即重"外化"轻"内化"、重"硬化"轻"柔化"、重"变化"轻"进化"、重"强化"轻"感化"、重"物化"轻"人化"。这些倾向已开始影响学校文化建设的健康发展,需要学校文化建设者认真反思。
When people pay more and more attention to school culture construction, five noticeable tendencies appeared in the course of constructing school culture, which are caring about externality but neglecting internality; caring about criterion but neglecting flexibility; caring about change but neglecting evolution; caring about strengthening system but neglecting influencing apperception, caring about substance construction but neglecting humanistic concern. The healthy development of school culture construction has been influenced by these five noticeable tendencies, which should be reflected by the erectors of school culture construction.
