摘要
新建本科院校不能仅仅通过教学管理和教师发展来实见教学改进,如何调动各种因素激发师生教与学的动机是一个要害问题。开放系统观将学校组织视为一个以教-学过程为核心与环境不断交互的开放系统。只有系统与环境、系统内部子系统之间彼此和谐,才能够充分满足个体系统即师生的教学需要。新建本科院校教学问题错综复杂,只有以学校治理为路径,秉持开放系统观,激发组织活力与师生能动性,才可能最终实现教学的根本性变革。
Newly-established undergraduate colleges can not only improve teaching through teaching management and teacher development. How to mobilize various factors to stimulate the motivation of teachers and students to teach and learn is a key issue. The open system view regards school organization as an open system that continuously interacts with the environment and takes the teaching-learning process as its core. Only when the system and the environment and the internal subsystems of the system are in harmony with each other,can the needs of the individual system,teachers and students in other words, be fully satisfied. The teaching problems of Newly-established undergraduate colleges are complicated. Only by taking the school governance as the path and adhering to the open system perspective, stimulating organizational vitality and the teachers and students’ initiative, can the fundamental change of teaching be realized.
