摘要
DISA水平分型造型线应用于两箱造型的湿砂型大批量铸造时,错箱废品率和垫箱废型率高,严重影响生产效率,增加生产成本。本文通过鱼骨图对人机料法环各因素进行分析,排查设备定位、型板托框配合和耐磨条磨损等关键因素,对设备定位、销套结构及其配合间隙等进行了改良,工艺试验和后续生产表明改进措施实施后,错箱废品率和垫箱废型率显著降低,问题得以有效解决。
Horizontal-parting molding line leads to high box-shift and sand mould scrap when applied to a two-box green sand casting in volume. This seriously reduces production efficiency and increasing cost. This paper analyses all factors such as human, machine, material, method and environment by fishbone diagram. By analyzing key points such as equipment selection, plate holding frame and wear strips wear, the equipment position, pin bush structure and the tolerance clearance were improved. The process tests and following production show that the the box-shift and sand mould scrap ratio decreased significantly.
