摘要
销轴与轴套是装载机工作装置中的重要连接零件,销轴与轴套的磨损会对装载机的工作造成不良影响。通过试验分析了装载机动臂铰接销轴(简称轴)与车架轴套(简称轴套)间的磨损,表明其历程主要分为3个阶段:磨合阶段、磨粒磨损阶段、粘着磨损阶段。综合考虑影响磨损失效的多种因素,确定轴与轴套的配合间隙是影响其磨损失效的重要因素之一,研究装载机工作装置中铰接销轴与轴套的最小配合间隙,提出在设计轴与轴套配合间隙时,应首要考虑轴承受最大应力的情况,给出合理的间隙范围值。结合实际经验,对材料选取、配合间隙及装配工艺进行适当改进,提高产品质量,有效减少了类似故障的发生。
Dowels and bushing rings are critical conjunction parts in loading equipment. The abrasion between dowels and bushing rings may result in dysfunction of the whole equipment. The abrasion between dowels and bushing rings was analyzed, and it can be divided into three phases: run-in wear, abrasive grain wear, and adhesive wear. Considering all the factors of abrasion failure, the fitting clearance between dowels and bushing rings is considered as one of the core factors for abrasion failure. The stress condition of the dowel is the chief factor needed to be considered for the design of the fitting clearance. Taking the maximum pressure into consideration, the reasonable clearance range was suggested. The abrasion failure of the dowels can be effectively prevented by using proper material, improving the fitting clearance and assembly process.
